Arsenal next Battles under lot of Debate

With some speculating that Arsenal may be in deep trouble with their upcoming battles versus Tottenham and Leicester, there’s still plenty of evidence that’s showing otherwise and that they can in fact overcome them both to the Premier League title.

This would be their first title since the 2002/2003 season but fans haven’t given up hope yet.

While many have just flat out given up on Arsenal winning the Premier League title for this season, many are hanging on to hope claiming that naysayers are just rivals or other managers hoping to crush the spirits of everyone who wants them to win. Jamie Carragher believes the gap is far too wide to fix now and that there’s far too much for them to do to come back.

The Southampton manager also shared those views stating that Arsenal was completely out of the title and it was more than likely going to be a fight between Tottenham and Leicester. Looking at this from a math perspective though, Arsenal is only 11 points behind the other leaders in the League for Leicester and only 6 behind Tottenham. So what does this mean for Arsenal? There’s one game in hand and they have an additional 21 points that they could earn before this season is officially over.

Some mathematical reasoning isn’t the only reason why some fans speculate they can still win. With eight remaining games this season, five of them are being hosted on their own turf at the Emirates. Their home form while it may not be as strong as it has been in previous seasons is still relatively strong. Another key factor is the experience. When it comes to experience, the Arsenal club has trumped their rivals in that regard. Arsenal has far more trophy wins under their belt and Premier League experience, which could just give them the edge they need.
